The present invention relates to new formulations, particularly useful in the topical treatment of skin and oromucosal wounds. Formulations can be either a solution or a gel form consisting of a Polyhexamethylene biguanide as an antimicrobial agent, purified water and a tri-blockcopolymer, particularly a triblockcopolymer of polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide, and more particularly a poloxamer.La présente invention concerne de nouvelles formulations particulièrement utiles dans le traitement topique de lésions cutanées et des muqueuses orales. Des formulations peuvent être soit en forme de solution soit de gel constitué(e) d'un polyhexaméthylène biguanide en tant qu'agent antimicrobien, d'eau purifiée et d'un copolymère à trois blocs, en particulier un copolymère à trois blocs d'oxyde de polyéthylène et d'oxyde de propylène, et plus particulièrement un poloxamère.
