PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of being easily incorporated in a production line of processing of various kinds of liquid-subjective food with a simple configuration, and allowing control fit for an improvement object such as texture, eating quality, flavor component extraction, and freshness holding in each production item.SOLUTION: In this liquid turbulence generation device, a single body of each of two kinds of turbulence-generating chips 8a, 8b each having a size not flowing out from a liquid supply port 1 and a liquid discharge port 2, a plurality of chips 8a or chips 8b, or a composite combination between the two kinds is charged in a reverse conical or reverse polyangular pyramid-shaped funnel portion 6 present in the center of a liquid flow passage. The liquid turbulence generation device imparts resistance to the liquid passing through the flow passage to generate turbulence.
