PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter for percutaneous drug infusion in a cardiac muscle in which a needle tip of an injection needle does not stick into a tip part of an EP catheter pushed out from a tip opening of a shaft into which the EP catheter and the injection needle are inserted.SOLUTION: A catheter for percutaneous drug infusion in a cardiac muscle includes: a shaft 10 having a flexible part 10A at its tip a handle 20 having a first port 21 communicated with a first lumen 11 of the shaft 10 and a second port 22 communicated with a second lumen 12 of the shaft 10 and an injection needle 30 having a flexible part 30A at its tip inserted into the first lumen 11 of the shaft 10 from the first port 21 of the handle 20. An EP catheter that can perform a tip deflection operation can be inserted into the second lumen 12 of the shaft 10 from the second port 22 of the handle 20.
