The present invention relates to a surgical suture apparatus having a sewingfunction. In accordance with one aspectof the present invention, there is provided a surgical suture apparatuscomprising: a coupling part, a shaft part connected tothe coupling part, an operating part, and a suture part connected to the shaftpart by way of the operating part, the suture part includinga support, a surgical needle and a needle driving part, wherein the surgicalneedle operates in a direction substantially orthogonalto the support by the needle driving part, and a suture thread from thesurgical needle and a suture thread from the supportare entangled with each other by the operations.
