The present invention relates to a complex stimulation wearable device enabling treatment and rehabilitation of dizziness. The complex stimulation wearable device of the present invention, as a wearable device which is formed in such a form that is worn on the head of a user, comprises: a hearing stimulation unit which provides hearing stimulation in a state that the hearing stimulation unit is brought into contact with the head of the user； a vibration stimulus unit which provides vibration stimulus from the wearable device； a galvanic electric stimulus unit which provides a galvanic electric stimulus from the wearable device； an augmented reality unit which is provided to obtain immersion and effective treatment when the user is provided with stimuli for diagnosing and treating dizziness； and a control unit which controls the hearing stimulation unit, the vibration stimulus unit, the galvanic electric stimulus unit, and the augmented reality unit by comparing a dizziness level of the user with a preset reference value, thereby determining a dizziness treatment level.
