The present invention is a medical catheter, wherein an elastic film is arranged inside the catheter so as to open the catheter when connected to a medical device and close the catheter when the medical device is removed, thus preventing blood from leaking outward. The medical catheter of the present invention comprises: a first catheter hub, one end of which is connected to a medical needle and the other end of which is open a second catheter hub, one end of which is connected to the other end of the first catheter hub and the other end of which is connected to the medical device and a first elastic film arranged in the first catheter hub or in the second catheter hub so as to open/close the gap between the first catheter hub and the second catheter hub. The first elastic film is made of an elastic material, and has a cut part which opens when the medical device is inserted in and connected to the first catheter hub or to the second catheter hub.
