A medical analysis method cooperated with respiration measuring includes the steps of an image capturing step, in which a body is captured to generate a plurality of images a respiration measuring step, in which the respiration of the body is measured to produce the respiration data a data determining step, in which the respiration data is determined if it is usable and an analysis step, in which the condition of the body is analyzed according to the respiration data when it is usable. Because the invention uses a non-contact way, such as image capturing, to obtain the respiration data of the body, the body will not be disturbed in a contact way.
