A nasal dilator holds air passages within the nose of a person wearing the dilator by pulling outward on a pair of adhesive attachment pads attached to the persons cheeks at each side of his nose. In one version of the dilator, the pads are attached to opposite ends of a strap extending around the back of the persons head. In another version of the dilator, the pads are attached by straps to clamps, which are in turn attached to the sidepieces of eyeglasses also worn by the person.
