A device for dispersing and homogenizing, in which a body has a conical shape with an outlet pipe in the form of a snail, and an inlet pipe is mounted in a lid, on the inlet pipe outside of the lid a device with micrometer thread and a scale is located to adjust the distance between mobile and fixed disks, a mobile disk has an inlet cavity with projecting blades, open channels of acceleration, projections to enhance cavitation and a circular end surface maximally distant from the axis, and the fixed disk has a central inlet cavity, open channels of transportation, depressions to enhance cavitation, a circular groove and an end circular surface maximally distant from the axis, while the channels of acceleration of the mobile disk and channels of transportation of the fixed disk have tangentially opposing directed working surfaces with varying inclined cross section at an angle of 3-10° and angle of inclination &alpha to the working plane of the disks of 60-90°, and projections and cavities located on their ends to enhance cavitation, and projections to enhance cavitation of the mobile disk are made in the form of a ring with radial open channels that penetrate to the groove of the fixed disk, size of the partitions between the radial open channels is equal to the width of the outlet part of the channel of transportation of the fixed disk, in which the depressions to enhance cavitation are located upstream of the circular groove and made along with the end circular surface and block the exit zone of the channels of acceleration of the mobile disk.Пристрій для диспергування та гомогенізації, в якому корпус має конусну форму з вихідним патрубком у вигляді завитки, а вхідний патрубок змонтовано у кришці, на вхідному патрубку зовні кришки розміщено пристрій з мікрометричною різьбою та шкалою для регулювання відстані між рухомим та нерухомим дисками, рухомий диск має вхідну порожнину з виступами-лопатями, відкриті канали розгону, виступи для підсилення кавітації та торцеву
