After preliminary positioning of said stent, perforations are formed in cells of distal portion of stent and proximal to middle of stent, or in cells only of distal portion of stent, or in cells only of middle of stent, or in cells only proximal to the middle of the stent, or in the cells of the distal portion of the stent and its middle, or in the cells, proximal to the middle of the stent and its middle, or in the cells of the distal portion of the stent, as well as in the proximal direction of the middle of the stent and in the middle of the stent. It is perforated along the entire circumference for at least 0.5 cm with the subsequent installation of the perforated stent so that its non-perforated part overlaps the area of the stricture.
