The present invention provides a safe syringe for detaching needle by pushing, which comprises a barrel having a plunger capable of moving back and forth, a joining seat assembled to the inner wall of the front end of the barrel through a joining structure, and a needle sleeved to the joining seat. The joining structure is engaged with the taper outer wall of the joining seat by a taper inner wall. The joining structure uses a position-limiting ring protruded from the inner wall of the barrel to constitute the position-limiting function with the position-limiting circular groove of the joining seat. The joining structure provides an engaging groove for engagement with the engaging ring of the joining seat, so as to position the joining seat in the joining structure.
