The present invention relates to a needle kit for plastic surgery. According to the present invention, the embedding that is used in an embedding needle operation method for wrinkle removal based on skin pulling can be pulled tight by an operator while being invasive in the body, the embedding has forward and reverse lock protrusions formed to selectively protrude so that the embedding is not pulled out while the needle is removed, and a fixing force against the skin is exerted when the embedding is pulled tight so that the wrinkle removal effect can be maximized.
