PURPOSE: A depressor for sutureless vitrectomy is provided to easily apply pressure on scleral tunnel and to apply even pressure to the scleral tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A depressor for sutureless vitrectomy comprises: a main frame(110) which is prepared so that a surgical operator can grip the frame by the hand； a first pressing unit(120) which is prepared in one end of the main frame and includes a plurality of pressing surfaces in order to press a first scleral tunnel； and a second pressing unit(130) which is prepared in the other end of the main frame in order to press a second scleral tunnel.무봉합 유리체 절제술용 디프레서가 개시된다. 본 발명의 무봉합 유리체 절제술용 디프레서는, 시술자가 손으로 파지할 수 있도록 마련되는 메인프레임； 시술자의 선택에 따라 서로 다른 방향으로 제1 공막절개창을 가압할 수 있도록 구비되는 다수의 가압면을 포함하며 메인프레임의 일단부에 마련되는 제1 가압부； 및 제1 공막절개창보다 면적이 큰 제2 공막절개창을 가압할 수 있도록 메인프레임의 타단부에 마련되는 제2 가압부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 무봉합 유리체 절제술에 따라 형성되는 공막절개창의 크기 및 절개위치에 관계없이 시술자가 간편하게 공막절개창을 가압할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공막절개창에 적합한 크기의 균등한 압력을 가할 수 있게 된다.
