PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biometric information sensor and a biometric information measuring system capable of accurately detecting biometric information with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The biological information is obtained by fixing a transmitting antenna for radiating a microwave of a predetermined frequency and a receiving antenna for receiving the microwave radiated from the transmitting antenna to a substrate formed in a predetermined shape and dimension. In the sensor, the transmission antenna is connected to the transmission conversion unit for converting the transmission power into a potential change over time, and the transmission antenna that emits microwaves based on the potential change. A receiver, the reception antenna being connected to the reception conversion unit for converting the received microwave into reception power and the reception conversion unit generating reception power based on the received microwave.
