The present invention is to provide an apparatus for inhabitation of cephalopods comprising a cylindrical body unit in which front and back openings are formed as a plurality of plate staves made of oak are connected in predetermined length and which has an internal space. One or more ring-shaped hoops are formed on the body unit； a moving hole is formed to move cephalopods in the internal space of a head unit installed to seal the openings of the body unit； and one or more algal connection holes are formed on the side of the body unit.
