PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve information terminal for retrieving a medical image similar to the medical image of a medical image to be read.SOLUTION: A control method makes a display screen including a first display area for displaying a target medical image and a second display area for displaying a plurality of similar medical images including the received first similar medical image and second similar medical image to be displayed on a display. The first similar medical image and the second similar medico image are adjacent to each other in the second display area and, upon detection of a first operation, cause the object medical image to be adjacent to the first similar medical image in the second display area, and cause the object medical image to be adjacent to second similar medical image in the second display area.
