PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ultrasonic imaging with a high bubble tissue ratio and high depth sensitivity.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device of an embodiment includes a transceiver unit, an addition/subtraction unit, and an image generation unit. In the same scan line of a photographic site of a subject whereto a contrast medium is applied, the transceiver unit carries out a plurality of sets of ultrasonic transmission and receiving of a first set in which ultrasonic transmission with modulated amplitude or phase is performed for two or more times and reflected waves are received and ultrasonic transmission and receiving of a second set in which phase modulation is different from that of the ultrasonic transmission and receiving of the first set, and outputs reflected wave data for the plurality of sets. The addition/subtraction unit either adds or subtracts the reflected wave data for the plurality of sets.
