The nano-sized kimchi lactic acid bacteria has an effect of inhibiting intestinal putrefactive bacteria and improving an intestinal environment through activation of an immune function, and an excellent effect of preventing and treating colorectal diseases including colitis and colorectal cancer. The nano-sized kimchi lactic acid bacteria consist of uniform particles to facilitate intestinal absorption, and an effect of improving an intestinal environment is proportionally increased according to a concentration. In addition, the nano-sized kimchi lactic acid bacteria is a food additive, which provides effects of the lactic acid bacteria without damage to natural taste and flavor of a food, and although the nano-sized kimchi lactic acid bacteria are added to a food to be heated, due to high thermal resistance, the effects are maintained.
