PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue clipping device providing excellent visibility from an optical system at the distal end of an endoscope by wholly reducing the height of a clip protruding from an affected part after ligation.SOLUTION: A clipping device 100 includes a clip 30, a connection hook 23, and a fastening ring 40. The clip 30 includes an attitude control section 50 around the periphery thereof. The attitude control section 50 pulls an operation wire 22, with the fastening ring 40 tilted, to store the fastening ring 40 and the clip 30 in a sheath 21, continuously to the pulling, pushes out the operation wire 22 to protrude the fastening ring 40 and the clip 30 from the sheath 21 and permit that the fastening ring 40 erects from the tilt state in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the sheath 21 into an erected state, and prevents the fastening ring 40 and the clip 30 from being stored in the sheath 21 again.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】結紮した後に患部から突出するクリップの高さが全体的に低減され、内視鏡先端の光学系からの視認性がよい生体組織のクリップ装置を提供する。【解決手段】クリップ装置100は、クリップ30と、連結フック23と、締付リング40と、を備え、クリップ30の周囲には、締付リング40を傾動させた状態で操作ワイヤ22を牽引することにより締付リング40およびクリップ30のシース21内への収納を可能とし、牽引に引き続き、操作ワイヤ22を押し出してシース21から締付リング40およびクリップ30を突出させることにより、締付リング40が傾斜状態からシース21の軸線に対して直交する向きに起立して直立状態となることを許容することで、締付リング40およびクリップ30のシース21内への再収納を禁止する姿勢制御部50が設けられている。【選択図】図1
