PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot pedal type wheelchair with high travelling stability in a travelling direction.SOLUTION: A foot pedal type wheelchair includes: a first front wheel 2 to which rotation power by foot pedaling in a forward direction and a backward direction is transmitted a second front wheel 1 that forms a relationship of a pair with the first front wheel a steering wheel 20 that can perform steering provided separately from the first front wheel and the second front wheel and an electric motor 48 for generating rotation power.
