A screw anchor assembly is used for a spine screw pexis, and comprises: a screw wherein a screw thread is formed in a longitudinal direction； and a screw anchor inserted into a predetermined position of a spine, wherein an anchor screw thread is formed in an internal surface defining an accommodating unit into which a screw is inserted for the accommodating unit to extend during a process of being screwed to the screw. The screw anchor is composed of a plurality of divided portions formed in a longitudinal direction, and in the divided portions, there is a portion in which adjacent divided portions are overlapped.나사못 앵커 조립체는, 척추 나사못 고정술에 사용되는 나사못 앵커 조립체로서, 길이 방향으로 나사못 나사산이 형성되어 있는 나사못, 및 척추의 소정 위치에 삽입되며, 나사못이 삽입되는 수용부를 규정하는 내면에 앵커 나사산이 형성되어 있어서 나사못과 나사 결합되는 과정 중에 수용부가 확장되는 나사못 앵커를 포함하고, 나사못 앵커는 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 복수의 분할부로 이루어지고, 복수의 분할부에 있어서 이웃하는 분할부 간에 겹치는 부분이 존재한다.
