PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion assembly insert apparatus, facilitating the control for the insertion of an expansion assembly and strengthening the same in inserting the expansion assembly expandable in the radial direction in the axial lumen and the abdominal cavity.SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided for forming percutaneous penetration and enlarging the same. The apparatus includes a member which is an elongated extension member and expandable in the radial direction. The radially expandable member includes: an elongated extension member having a proximal end with a handle a distal end and an axial lumen having a first sectional area and an elongated expansion member having a tubular member. The apparatus further includes a forwarding device, and the forwarding device includes a first arm having a first engagement feature for engaging with the handle of the extension member a second arm having a second engagement feature for engaging with the handle of the expansion member and an operating member.
