The following invention relates to occupant recovery from an armoured land vehicle, and to a system for occupant recovery.A method of removing an occupant to be extracted from an armoured land vehicle comprising the steps of deploying an elongate chute from a first stowed position to a second deployed position,wherein the second deployed position provides a facile transit path such as to avoid one or more protruding features in said armoured land vehicle, manoeuvring the occupant via the elongate chute, to avoid the one or more protruding features, to a designated access point, removing the occupant from the access point of the armoured land vehicle.La présente invention concerne la récupération dun occupant à partir dun véhicule terrestre blindé et un système de récupération doccupant, ainsi quun procédé de retrait dun occupant devant être extrait dun véhicule terrestre blindé qui comprend les étapes consistant à déployer une goulotte allongée dune première position rentrée à une seconde position déployée, la seconde position déployée formant un trajet de transit facile de façon à éviter une ou plusieurs caractéristiques saillantes dans ledit véhicule terrestre blindé, manœuvrer loccupant par lintermédiaire de la goulotte allongée pour éviter la ou les caractéristiques saillantes jusquà un point daccès désigné et retirer loccupant à partir du point daccès du véhicule terrestre blindé.
