PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of measuring the flow rate of a moving body at respective observation points without lowering the velocity range of the flow rate of the moving body in the plurality of observation points.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe 2 and a transceiver section 3 alternately transmit and receive ultrasonic waves with respect to each of the plurality of observation points in a subject a plurality of times. Doppler processing section 42 generates Doppler spectrum images showing the flow rates of the moving body in the respective observation points based on receiving signals of the plurality of observation points. An interpolation section 6 obtains Doppler spectrum images in the respective observation points at time zones when no ultrasonic waves are transmitted or received with respect to the respective observation points by an interpolation, and connects the Doppler spectrum images in the respective observation points generated by the transmission and receiving of the ultrasonic waves, to the Doppler spectrum images of the respective observation points obtained by the interpolation in every observation points.
