The present invention relates to a solubilization type aqueous composition containing idebenone and a cosmetic composition containing the same. The present invention provides a solubilization type aqueous composition containing idebenone, whose formulation, which is stabilized usually in the oil phase of an emulsion formulation, is stabilized without precipitation or phase separation even under conditions without oil phase or with a low content, by stabilizing through the introduction of an aqueous phase optimized with a polar oil and an acrylic polymer thickener composition in a transparent solubilization phase in which idebenone and a solubilizer are dissolved. The present invention can also be applied to a liquid toner formulation with low viscosity containing the composition.본 발명은 이데베논을 함유한 가용화 타입의 액상형 조성물 및 그를 함유한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이데베논과 가용화제가 용해된 투명상태의 가용화상에, 극성오일과 아크릴폴리머계 점증제 조성으로 최적화된 수상을 투입하여 안정화시킴으로써, 통상 유화 제형의 유상에서 안정화되는 이데베논을 유상이 배제되거나 함량이 낮은 조건에서도 석출 또는 상 분리 없이 제형이 안정화된, 이데베논을 함유한 가용화 타입의 액상형 조성물을 제공하고, 이를 함유한 저 점도 액상의 스킨 제형에 적용할 수 있다.
