A mobile spraying machine (102) and a control method for such is disclosed. The mobile spraying system (102) comprises a sensor (232) that generates a sensor signal indicative of ozone gas concentration; a power cable detection logic (236) that receives the sensor signal and, based on the received sensor signal, determines that a power cable (103) is proximate the mobile spraying machine (102); an avoidance decision logic (238) that identifies an avoidance action in response to determining that the power cable (103) is proximate the mobile spraying machine (102); and a control signal generator (206) that generates a control signal based on the avoidance action.
