PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taping tape usable for improving a motion of a joint.SOLUTION: A taping tape 1 includes a tape base material, and an adhesive layer arranged on one principal surface of the tape base material. The tape base material includes an outer edge part 2 having a curved outer periphery 2a, and a body part 3 continuing to the outer edge part 2 and extending away from the outer edge part 2.
