PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear hole temperature adjusting tool capable of giving a pleasant feeling free from changing to discomfort by adjusting a temperature of the inside of an ear hole.SOLUTION: An ear hole temperature adjusting tool 1 to be inserted into an ear hole includes an ear hole insertion part 10, and a temperature adjusting part 20. A heat storage part 11 of the ear hole insertion part 10 has a circular cross section, and is formed from a heat storage material of a size allowing the diameter of the cross section to insert into an ear hole. The temperature adjusting part 20 heats or cools the heat storage part 11 of the ear hole insertion part 10. Thus, a user inserts the ear hole insertion part into an ear hole. The inserted ear hole insertion part is heated or cooled by the temperature adjusting part.
