PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of enhancing accuracy of substance decomposition using calculation data of a single X-ray detection event.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes an X-ray detector, an acquisition part and a determination part. The X-ray detector detects X-rays emitted from an X-ray tube and transmitted through a subject to generate detection data. The acquisition part acquires first projection data as calculation data including a single X-ray detection event and a multiple X-ray detection event, and second projection data as calculation data of the single X-ray detection event.
