1. A method for non-invasively measuring the concentration of a substance in a body, comprising: changing a body surface temperature from one temperature to a second temperature; then recovering a first temperature by changing a body surface temperature from a second temperature to a first temperature; measuring a first dose of infrared radiation absorbed or emitted by the body in the first wavelength range at predetermined time intervals during a reconstructive change in the surface of the body from the second temperature to the first temperature ry; measurement of a second dose of infrared radiation absorbed or emitted by the body in the second wavelength range at predetermined time intervals during a restoration of the surface of the body from the second temperature to the first temperature; measurement of the temperature on the surface of the body; measurement of the ambient temperature; calculation of the normalized ratio parameter the basis of the first dose, the second dose, body surface temperature and ambient temperature; and determination of the concentration of a substance in the body is non-invasive, by establishing a correlation of the normalized ratio parameter with the surface temperature of the body and the ambient temperature. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first wavelength range is a wavelength range or ranges in which a substance emits and absorbs infrared radiation, and the second wavelength range represents a whole spectrum in which a body emits and absorbs infrared radiation in far infrared spectrum. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first wavelength range is a wavelength range or1.
