PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: medical application of a compound having EPreceptor antagonism or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and a medical composition containing the compound having EPreceptor antagonism or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.SOLUTION: An EPreceptor antagonist drug includes the compound which has EPreceptor antagonism and is represented by general formula (I), or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the formula, A is a benzene ring or the like； Y is a 1-6C alkylene group or the like； Ris a hydrogen atom or the like； Ris a hydrogen atom or the like； Ris a phenyl group which may have a substituent, a five-membered aromatic heterocyclic group which may have a substituent, or the like； Ris a halogen atom, a 1-6C alkoxy group, or the like； Ris a hydrogen atom or the like； and Ris a hydrogen atom or the like. The EPacceptor antagonist drug is usable as a therapeutic/preventive drug for various symptoms of LUTS, in particular OABs.
