PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling which can prevent tubes or bloodlines from twisting, ensure a necessary coupling force, and avoid time consuming checking and correction of the connection.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a medical coupling for fluid-tight connection of two fluid-guiding portions 24 in medical equipment. The medical coupling is an axially lockable quick-connect coupling and comprises a male coupling portion 6 having a continuous first passage 10 and a female coupling portion 4 adapted to be slipped over the male coupling portion and having a continuous second passage 26.
