The present invention relates to aquaculture machinery, and more particularly to a split-type, bottom-charging, omnidirectional fish feeder. The fish feeder includes a charging mechanism, a distributing mechanism and a duct connected therebetween. The charging mechanism includes a hopper, a feedstock case settled atop hopper, and a charger arranged at a bottom of the hopper. The distributing mechanism includes an omnidirectional distributing plate having a closed upper portion and an open inlet at its bottom. The distributing plate is mounted on a hollow shaft, which is aligned with or extends into the inlet. The distributing mechanism is to be installed in a fish pond, while the charging mechanism is installed onshore.
