INJECTABLE SOLUTION HAVING A PH OF 7 AND INCLUDING AT LEAST BASAL INSULIN, THE PI OF WHICH IS BETWEEN 5.8 AND 8.5, AND A SUBSTITUTED CO-POLY(AMINO ACID)
The invention relates to a composition in the form of an injectable aqueous solution having a pH of between 6.0 and 8.0 including at least: a) basal insulin the isoelectric point pI of which is between 5.8 and 8.5 and b) a co poly(amino acid) having carboxylate feedstocks and substituted with hydrophobic radicals. In one embodiment the compositions according to the invention further include prandial insulin and/or a gastrointestinal hormone.
