The present invention relates to an armrest apparatus for a hemiplegic patient. More specifically, the present invention relates to an armrest apparatus for a hemiplegic patient which is made for therapeutic purposes, in which a belt with tension and elasticity is connected to a flexible frame and worn by a patient, and increases the tension of paralyzed muscles when the patient is moving while wearing the apparatus.
