The invention relates to a silicon-based bio-stimulating composition for foliar application. According to the invention, the composition consists of 20 parts of colloidal silicon dioxide, 42.2 parts of ethyl esters of fatty acids from canola oil, 12.9 parts of ethanol, 5.5 parts of glycerol, 3.4 parts of triglycerides, 9.8 parts of modified lecithin, 6.4 parts of potassium oleate, 0.1 parts of bacterial silicase, 0.1 parts of fungal expansins, and up to 100 parts of water and non-saponifiable substances, the parts being expressed by mass.
