A method and system for sequentially dispensing a non user settable dose of one medicament followed by a user settable dose of a primary medicament (232 332). A medicated module (202 302) may be attachable to a drug delivery device (204 304) and the drug delivery device may have a drug reservoir (230 330) holding a first medicament (232 332). The medicated module (202 302) includes a first needle (206 306) a second needle (208 308) a deformable membrane (210 310) and a second medicament (212 312). The deformable membrane (210 310) facilitates sequential dosing of the second medicament (212 312) followed by the first medicament (232 332). After the medicated module (202 302) is attached to the drug delivery device (204 304) (i) the first needle (206 306) is in fluid communication with the drug reservoir (230 330) and (ii) the deformable membrane (210 310) prevents fluid communication between the first and second needle. The deformable membrane prevents fluid communication between the first and second needle until substantially all of the second medicament (212 312) is dispensed.
