The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high functional fiber, which can be manufactured at low costs by manufacturing the fiber by selecting and grinding two or more rocks among mineral rocks containing inorganic metal oxide components based on barley stone, basalt, meteorite and zeolite and increasing grinding efficiency, and has consistent deodorizing rates by adding ZnO to the inorganic metal oxide components. If inorganic metal oxide components are input to a fiber to manufacture the fiber having high deodorizing rates, grinding materials of 3 m or less are to be manufactured so uniform distribution is possible. According to the grinding method of the present invention, costs are low； functionality is increased by containing ZnO； and inorganic matters are uniformly distributed by injecting and emitting a plant extract having deodorizing functions. Accordingly, raw yarn with regular quality can be manufactured so raw yarn having excellent functionality can be manufactured at low costs.본 발명은 맥반석, 현무암, 운석류, 제올라이트 계열의 무기계 금속 산화물 성분이 함유된 광물질 암석 중 두 가지 이상의 암석을 선발하여 분쇄하여 분쇄 효율을 높여 섬유를 제조함으로써 제작비용이 저렴하고, 무기계 금속 산화물 성분에 ZnO를 첨가함으로써 지속적인 소취율을 가진 고기능성 섬유 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명과 같은 높은 소취율을 가진 섬유를 제조하기 위해서 무기계 금속산화물이 섬유에 투입될 경우 고르게 분포가 가능하도록 3㎛ 이하의 분쇄물을 제조해야 하는데 본 발명에 따른 분쇄 방법은 기존의 방법에 비하여 비용이 적게 들고, ZnO가 함유되어 기능성이 증진되고, 소취 기능성을 가진 식물 추출물을 함께 주입하여 방사를 하여 무기물이 고르게 분포하여 항상 일정한 품질의 원사 제조가 가능함으로써 저렴하고 우수한 기능성의 원사 제작이 가능하다.
