A massage machine is provided which comprises a palm portion. The palm portion comprises a plurality of first rotating fingers, at least one second rotating finger and a drive portion. The drive portion is connected to the first rotating fingers and the at least one second rotating together finger. The drive portion is adapted to rotate the first rotating fingers in a first direction and to rotate the at least one second rotating finger in a second direction opposite to the first direction, so that the palm portion has a plurality of states. The first rotating fingers are moved synchronously.
