The present invention relates to a stable preparation of an antibody against human programmed death receptor PD-1 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof. In some embodiments, formulations of the invention comprise 5-200 mg/mL anti-PD-1 antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof. The present invention further provides methods of treating various cancers with the stable formulations of the present invention. In some embodiments of the methods of the invention, the formulation is administered to the subject by intravenous or subcutaneous administration.
