A system for measuring the laxity of a human joint comprising a support (1) to be fixed to a part of a human limb, and a mobile device (2), fixable to said support (1), and provided with a gravity sensor and a magnetic sensor, wherein said mobile device (2) is configured to measure a displacement of a bone of said human limb with respect to a predefined reference.
