PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postural recovery apparatus, a garment and a postural recovery method using the same correcting a body into an ideal posture and creating a body balance for use in daily life and an exercise.SOLUTION: This postural recovery apparatus 1 is so formed that a casing 2 abutting on a human body surface A and having a hollow inside is provided with rolling/leaping objects 3 therein, the rolling/leaping objects 3 roll and leap inside the hollow part 20 of the casing 2 according to the movement of the human body to vibrate the casing 2 and the casing 2 is formed into such a dimension as to stimulate a part corresponding to the abutted human body surface A on the skin by the vibration and promote the neural transmission of the muscle of the part.
