An adhesion prevention material containing ascorbic acid or an ascorbic acid derivative as an antioxidant on a solid or semi-solid substrate comprising a water-soluble polymer and a poly(aliphatic ester). The substrate of the adhesion prevention material functions as a physical barrier between one wound surface and another wound surface, healing in the wound surfaces is promoted by the sustained release of the ascorbic acid or the derivative thereof from the substrate, and adhesion prevention capability is thus achieved efficiently and in a synergistic manner.本發明所提供的防沾黏材，係實用上不會損及分解性、處置性及密接性，能發揮優異的防沾黏性能。本發明的防沾黏材係使由水溶性高分子及聚脂肪族酯構成的固態或半固態基體中，含有作為抗氧化物質之抗壞血酸或抗壞血酸衍生物。該防沾黏材係藉由基體發揮創傷面與創傷面的物理性障蔽機能，且利用所漸放之抗壞血酸或其衍生物促進創傷面的治癒，而相乘效應地效率佳地表現出防沾黏機能。
