A viewers feeling determination device capable of more accurately grasping the physiological reaction of a viewer and more accurately evaluating the ability of an object or the viewer in various conditions. A viewers feeling determination device (100) for visually-recognized scene comprises an analysis unit (102), an accumulation unit (103), and a diagnostic unit (104). The analysis unit (102) calculates the position of a point of view for a visually-recognized image (a) from the visually-recognized image (a) and an ocular movement image (b) and calculates the change of physiological reaction data of the viewer and the accompanying acceleration. The accumulation unit (103) accumulates information including the change of physiological reaction data in the case where the viewer watches an interesting object and the accompanying acceleration, as an emotion value (K), and accumulates information including the change of the physiological reaction data and the accompanying acceleration which are calculated by the analysis unit (102), as an analysis value (A). The diagnostic unit (104) compares the analysis value (A) with the emotion value (K), analyzes the feeling of the viewer for a specific object by a face analysis method in which the change of each part of the face of the viewer is calculated, and diagnoses the emotion and the feeling together.
