Disclosed is a water film cultivation system capable of lowering the concentration of dissolved iron or dissolved manganese in groundwater. The water film cultivation system includes a house unit, water film forming pipes, a pumped water well, a groundwater supply means, an aeration tank, an aeration apparatus, and a control board. The house includes: an inner house formed from the ground to form an inner space； and an outer house which is installed to be spaced apart from the exterior of the inner house by a predetermined distance to form a water film space while surrounding the inner house. The water film forming pipes are installed in the longitudinal direction of the inner house from the upper part of the water-film space to flow the groundwater to the outer surfaces of the inner house, thereby forming a water film. The pumped water well is arranged near the house. The groundwater supply means pumps the groundwater from the pumped water well to supply the pumped groundwater to the water film forming pipes. The aeration tank is arranged near the house. The aeration apparatus forcibly supplies oxygen to the groundwater to increase the oxygen concentration rate in the aeration tank.
