Atopic dermatitis is a prevailing inflammatory disease of children and adult. The present invention discloses Hsp70 effectively inhibits the transcription and translation of TSLP as well as cellular secretion, and further inhibit immunity. Inhibitory effect of Hsp70 against NF-κB and IκBα activation is also demonstrated. Thus, Hsp70 can be used to treat TSLP-related disease and atopic dermatitis.異位性皮膚炎是常見的兒童及成人免疫疾病。本發明揭示熱休克蛋白70可有效抑制TSLP的轉錄和轉譯,以及抑制TSLP被運輸至細胞外,進而抑制免疫反應;另揭示熱休克蛋白可抑制NF-κB以及IκBα的活化。因此,熱休克蛋白係可用於治療TSLP相關疾病以及異位性皮膚炎。
