The present invention relates to an artificial rainfall system using sea water which promotes the production of clouds by using geothermal heat or the heat of structures on the ground and induces artificial rainfall by using the same. To improve a condition which clouds are not produced in the air and to prevent drought in other area caused by the artificial rainfall, the present invention includes a sea water vaporization unit composed of a water transferring unit which transfers water from sea to an area where the vaporization of sea water is promoted and a vaporization unit which promotes vaporization with either a natural promoting method or an artificial promoting method and produces artificial clouds and a rainfall inducing unit which induces rainfall by using the produced artificial clouds.
