FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For laser correction of myopia up to −8 dioptres are exposed to radiation of Microscan Visum excimer laser at wave length 193 nm, pulse energy 0.7 mJ, diameter of laser spot 0.8 mm, pulse duration 7 not, pulse repetition frequency up to 300 Hz on eye cornea with formation of optical zone as optical surface in form of convex ellipsoid of rotation with negative conical constant. If keratometry is greater than 40 and less than or equal to 42 dioptres, a convex ellipsoid of revolution is formed with negative conic constant from −0.2 to −0.34, wherein the greater spherical equivalent value of the eye refractive error, the higher the negative constant modulus of the generated ellipsoid of revolution. With keratometry greater than 42 and less than or equal to 45 dioptres, convex ellipsoid of revolution is formed with negative conic constant from −0.18 to −0.4, wherein the greater spherical equivalent value of the eye refractive error, the higher the conical constant modulus of the generated ellipsoid of revolution. If observing keratometry greater than 45 and less than or equal to 49 dioptres, convex ellipsoid of revolution is formed with negative conic constant from −0.24 to −0.12, wherein the greater the spherical equivalence coefficient of the eye refraction, the smaller the modulus of the negative conical constant. At that, the conic constant of the formed convex ellipsoid of revolution differs by not more than 10 % from the values presented in Table 1.EFFECT: method provides a given value of a functional optical area, maintaining a balance of high-order aberrations, high functional quantitative and qualitative visual acuity in different illumination conditions.1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 exИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к офтальмологии.
