PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest cushion for artery puncture that can hold a more comfortable posture of a patient and enables a smooth surgical operation.SOLUTION: A cushion 1 used for placing an arm when performing artery puncture for an arm M1 of a patient M includes: a cushion body 2 formed in a rod shape or in a long plate shape, in which a cushion material is put inside, and on the upper surface of which the arm from the upper arm part to at least the wrist is placed and a shoulder placing part 3 provided on one end side of the cushion body on which the shoulder part M2 of the patient is placed.
