The interconnected distribution channels are located internal to the convective thermoregulation blanket and include a primary distribution channel (940) having an interior surface. The first inlet opening extends between the exterior surface of the convective thermoregulation blanket and the interior surface of the primary distribution channel to deliver thermal regulated convective air into the primary distribution channel. At least a portion of the primary distribution channel includes a filter material.
